I have always wanted to learn to surf but am not a good enough swimmer to try (though I have gotten through a quarter mile ocean swim in a couple of sprint triathlons). Nevertheless, the beauty in the way these surfers combine balance, athleticism, a love of what they do, is inescapable (imo).
